      My wife and I had a really good experience in at the Richmond Prouds store. Excellent friendly service and great value with their 50% off sale. We got exactly what we wanted and left the store happy customers. Definitely recommended.

      I took my Grandaughter , Jessica into the Richmond NSW store as the signat ring ud83dudc8d I purchased for her birthday in December was the wrong size .nAmanada was very friendly, helpful , patient, and knowledgeable.nWe were able to exchange the ring for a lovely u201c tweenu201d one .nOur whole experience there was very pleasant and we will definitely be back again as the other staff members were also very obliging .

      We did not receive a call to say my wife jewellery was ready to be collected which had been waiting for over the last week .nSo I rang the Richmond NSWnStore to have the phone answered by the staff when they playing and saying a different name I asked is this the Prouds Richmond when they keep joking around and hung up on me.nSo I rang back and they answered the same way answered said get lost joshnWhich advised my name and why I was ringing and the continued to be stupid.nSo I asked the manager after 5min they finally worked out what I doing and said yes the item is ready.nUnbelievable for a business.n.
