Always great service. Sales staff are friendly, knowledgeable and engage in conversation.nThis store gets busy, people have to realise if staff are with other customers you won't get served straight away. Commonsense, wait your turn!

This store lacks any ability to deliver a customer experience that would satisfy any consumer.nnPurchased a mid tier watch, before even leaving the store I noticed the watch wasnu2019t functioning correctly (second hand not moving) I was told by one of their managers that I could take it to Mr Minute around the corneru2026this is before even taking ownership of the watch, should have walked away.nnUpon receiving the new watch that appeared to be working correctly the date hand fell off within 1 month of owning the watch. Took the watch back to store and was told their process is to send it to head office, where they will return it to the manufacturer for assessment.nn3 weeks later received a call from the store u2018oh head office has changed the process, the customer now needs to send it away for assessment. Asked for a refund/store credit which was refused. Was advised I would receive a call last week so I could collect and return it, still no call received.nnI would also like to point out not all staff are unhelpful but one in particular who is blunt, rude and lacks any level of customer service.nnDO NOT BUY FROM THIS STORE BASED ON CUSTOMER SERVICE ALONE!!

Very surprised to see the other reviews, as I was treat quiet differently. In contrast to the other reviews, I and my wife got treated extremely nicely. I went their in my super dirty work clothes and my wife had just woken up that too in a hijab, yet the lady serving us displayed any and everything that was around that we and herself thought can be of interest. We were very impressed by the customer service.nThe claims of racism and profiling don't really add up.nNot sure if I got lucky with a lovely salesperson or others got unlucky, but above is what we dealt with.
