arrogant staff/manager. Sold faulty product doesn't even last for a week even after haven't been used for once as well. Went for the exchange denied and said product was good when we sold, no any proof. Doesn't even bother to speak properly in good manner, As if we got it free out of their pocket; rude behaviour. Never again at this store. Not recommended at all.

Today I went to buy myself an everyday wear earring. I have already decided on the product that I am interested in from online but I was looking for more options as well. The staff who attended me while I was there was so unprofessional, even after I have mentioned about how I am looking for an everyday wear and for more options than the one I chose. She seems so reluctant. And when i went to pay and get my order. She was asking me so many questions which doesnu2019t even make sense, moreover the salesperson was very unfriendly throughout the process as if she did not want me in the store. I saw the other staff explaining the products, showing options to the another customer but even after I have decided what to buy, she still seems very unfriendly and reluctant.nThank you.

Good jewellery shop. This shop has all the usual watches, necklaces, bracelets and rings. Excellent location near other jewellery shops in the Westfields.
