Services
Services explained
Below is an overview of the jewellery services offered by this store.
Online Shop
An online shop lets you browse and purchase remotely, often with delivery Australia-wide. Before buying, check sizing guidance, delivery timeframes, returns, warranties and aftercare.
Repairs
Repairs can include resizing, clasp replacement, chain repairs, polishing, re-stringing and stone re-setting. Ask about turnaround time and whether repair work comes with a service warranty.
Shop
In-store shopping is ideal if you want to see pieces in person and compare options with guidance. Many jewellers can advise on fit, styling, care, and gift ideas while you browse.
Valuation
Jewellery valuations provide written documentation for insurance, resale or estate purposes. A valuation records materials, gemstone details, condition and an assessed value using current market factors.
