I visited Lovisa Mount Gravatt just before 4:00pm for a single ear piercing for my daughter. We arrived a few minutes before 4 and waited while three young staff members were chatting among themselves. I didnu2019t want to interrupt, so I waited for them to acknowledge us, but after several minutes I had to approach one of them myself and ask about the piercing.nAt 4:03pm, my request was refused. I was told they stop piercings one hour before closing. This was disappointing, especially considering we were there before 4pm and were not attended to because the staff were busy talking.nI ended up going upstairs and had it done within five minutes. The lack of customer service and attention was very disappointing. Customers should at least be acknowledged and treated with basic respect.

Both Janice and Alexandria were incredible today! We did an ear piercing attempt with my 4yo and although it was unsuccessful from my daughters part both Janice and Alexandria went above what was required and tried multiple times and strategies- they were both so kind, patient and supportive. When my daughter is ready for earrings we will definitely be returning!nAlexandria is great with children, she engaged my daughter in conversation and really went the extra distance to make her feel special and the customer service I have received from Janice multiple times now is fantastic she truly goes above and beyond and NOTHING is too much trouble.nnThank you for your time today girls!

I got my ears pierced today from Lovisa Mount Gravatt, the attending staff was Alexandria and she was really sweet young lady and explained the whole process, even though it was closing time, she didnu2019t deny and agreed. Highly recommended the studs look beautiful. Barely felt the pain while piercing.nThank for excellent service.
