Lovisa | Upper Mount Gravatt

The tall female staff member who helped me was very kind and explained everything clearly before the piercing. She was very professional and pierced my ears quickly and carefully. She was lovely, and I would definitely ask for her again if I get another piercing. Thank you for the great experience!

I visited Lovisa Mount Gravatt just before 4:00pm for a single ear piercing for my daughter. We arrived a few minutes before 4 and waited while three young staff members were chatting among themselves. I didnu2019t want to interrupt, so I waited for them to acknowledge us, but after several minutes I had to approach one of them myself and ask about the piercing.nAt 4:03pm, my request was refused. I was told they stop piercings one hour before closing. This was disappointing, especially considering we were there before 4pm and were not attended to because the staff were busy talking.nI ended up going upstairs and had it done within five minutes. The lack of customer service and attention was very disappointing. Customers should at least be acknowledged and treated with basic respect.

Great experience at Lovisa, Mount Gravatt for my momu2019s ear piercing. Elliot was very polite and friendly, and made her feel comfortable despite the language barrier. The piercing was so smooth she didnu2019t even realise it was done. Thank you!
