Katrina White 1 ★ 2025-07-30Went to get second piercing in my nose, which didnt go through properly girl tried pushing it through. My 2 girls were horrified that it had not worked and the stud was sitting out of my nose, after driving 5.5hrs home and trying my best myself to fix it I removed it and gave up. Very disappointed with the service and lack of help when the piercing didnt work properly. I was still charged for the delima...love the jewellery but so sad with the experience..will not be back

Hope Cochrane 5 ★ 2024-09-10Just wanted to say a big thank you to Amy and Zita at Lovisa Wagga Wagga for taking such good care of my mother last week. She decided she wanted her ears pierced for the third time but was understandably a little nervous (it has been a few years since the first two piercings with the old school piercing gun!) These two lovely ladies were so kind and patient with her, making her feel very at ease. She was so happy with the outcome and truly surprised at how little it hurt! Thank you again!
