Geelong Gem & Mineral Club is a community club based at the Vines Road Community Centre Reserve in Hamlyn Heights. Its aim is to further the craft of lapidary, the study of minerals and related skills including silverwork and metalwork.

Club activities include meetings, field trips, excursions, workshop activities and training programs for members. The club also participates in exhibitions and competitions and hosts public gem, crystal and jewellery events where visitors can meet members and learn more about gemstones, minerals and fossils.
