John and the team at Fili have been incredible since we first walked into the Adelaide Arcade store. We had our engagement ring designed and made exactly as we wanted. We just recently had our wedding bands made and they are perfect.

After visiting numerous bespoke jewelers who gave us the run around we came across Fili Jewellery and how glad we were that we found them.. A beautiful shop tucked away in the arcade. From the moment we entered the store we felt welcomed and comfortable. We asked for a mans signet ring and were shown quite a few. We found the exact thing we were looking for in minutes as the staff listened to our requirements about shape and the type of gold we were looking for .nThe ring was custom made on site and was ready within a few short weeks. the ring was exactly as requested , beautifully made and perfect.nRoss was extremely helpful in all areas of the process from helping us choose the type of gold we would need, the sizing of the ring and also the best possible price he could offer.nhe was also able to give us advise on who would be the best person to have the ring engraved by.nWe will definitely be using them again for all our jewellery needs in the future.nhighly recommended.
