I needed my ring cleaned. Popped in to Rundle Mall shop. Was horrified by the staff members comments. Asked me u201cwhat had I been doing to my ringu201d and u201cwhat I do for worku201d. Rings get dirty. Hence why I was there but was shamed. Not a great way to treat your customers!

Brilliant service the whole way through from Lisa. She helped me pick a great selection of rings and made it easy for my partner to go back and choose his favorite. She has also helped with some adjustments and cleaning options... always super helpful and friendly. Highly recommend.
