Went in to buy a present and the sales assistant Salma was absolutely amazing!! She understood what I was looking for and found me the perfect present. Salma's customer service was 10/10

And 1 star is too much, this company allowed my 3 rings to leave their shop with just a normal employee for over 6 mths. So when I went in no one knew where my rings where for 1 whole week adter ringing everyday with no answer i then get a message saying my rings have been found pick up tomorrow I went in and only 2 rings where there for me to pick up. Again they didnt know where the 3rd ring was 2 days later I get a message again after ringing them no answer so I messaged back asking to register post it when I got it was still way to big to wear. Amd I can go on amd on. No one from the company has rang as they have no head office so vcat I go as the words of the manger BUDDY this happen behind his backnnI put the rings in for resizing
