Going by many other Michael hill reviews there is clearly a problem with the clips either they are cheaply done or the jeweller hasnu2019t a clue on how to make a secure clip. None of their products are cheap but the finish on them are at a point where they are not safe to wear out and the fear of losing a expensive piece of jewellery isnu2019t worth wearing themu2026 Michael Hill needs to listen to their customers and rectify this issue at no costu2026 Iu2019ve had bangles and bracelets fixed by them to only have the same problem after a couple of wears which has been an expense I shouldnu2019t have had to fork outu2026. Iu2019ve spent thousands at Michael Hill and I definitely wonu2019t recommend them in the future.so hereu2019s the update my wife took in the bracelet which has been repaired before and now has been quoted the ridiculous amount of $800 to repair a faulty poorly made bracelet. I honestly warn people DO NOT PURCHASE BANGLES OR BRACELETS FROM MICHAEL HILL
