Prouds the Jewellers | Airport West

Went into this store to exchange a size of a new engagement ring (in original Prouds box) bought for me which ended up too big to fit my ring finger or even middle finger when I was proposed to. Was told by the man serving me that my ring finger is too thin for anything they offer in womens adult size and if i wanted to change to the same ring in a smaller size that I would need the original hard receipt of purchase, which i myself did not physically have. I am a polite young lady and would even settle for the middle finger size (which they do have to offer). I am beyond frustrated i cannot change for a smaller size of the exact same ring and wear such a sentimental piece- my engagement ring. The man who served me had poor customer service skills in my opinion. I would rate my experience today below 0 if I could.

Appalling customer service, obnoxious, dismissive and plain rude is how I was treated by a specific team member Sandra. I will never recommend Prouds to anyone again. RECONSIDER PURCHASING WITH PROUDS AS THEY OFFER NO REFUND. EXCHANGE ONLY POLICY
