We picked one and asked to try.nThe woman said they need an ID from us and mentioned everyone is asking for it which is a lie because we have browsed at many places, even bought one from Michael Hill and no one ever asked us to present our IDs.nNever going back here again. Felt discriminated.

I had a terrible experience a while back and escalated to their complaints department where they literally supported their store members and I swore I would never return, but today I wanted some pressies for Chrissie and was met with the exact same experience. I won't bother contacting their complaints department but will never spend another cent with Prouds. Looking at the reviews it's pretty clear there is a problem here and I'm certainly not alone.

Owen N 4 ★ 2025-09-25Came in to get a replacement silver chain as clasp broke on mine. Rather than trying to sell me a new one like I planned to, the employee suggested to just replace the clasp, saving me lots of money. They also installed it on the chain too. Appreciated the honesty and service.
