      I bought a pair of earings 12 months or so ago, which needed tightening. Unless I had proof they wouldn't help - staff had no interest at all. I didnt expect to have them fixed for free, which I mentioned I would be more than happy to pay for. Very disappointing when you spend a couple of hundred & not be able to wear.
