If you're looking for rude customer service, this is the place to go. Say they can't fix your purchase unless i have a care plan, which i showed them. Then they say the care plan doesn't cover lost items, which I was holding. Their selling point is if it breaks, they can repair it under said care plan, nice to know they refuse that service. Rather take my time and money elsewhere

I was one of those awful customers who went in just before closing time, I explained that I was just looking for a cheap ring for work. The young lady who helped me was so kind and patient, finding me the various rings available in size Q. Other shops had been a bit stand offish when I explained I just wanted something cheap and cheerful. In the end I found two little rings at a real bargain price and she suggested I could stack them- I wasn't originally planning to but tried them both on together and they are perfect, just the look I was hoping for. Really good customer service, thank you.
