I visited the store this morning looking for a watch, and I was absolutely delighted by the kindness and professionalism of the team.nnI was assisted by Sarah, together with her colleagues Manui and Card. They were incredibly welcoming, attentive, and genuinely eager to help. Unfortunately, the watch I was looking for had already been sold, but they went above and beyond to find a solution.nnThey took the time to locate another store in Sydney, contacted it on my behalf, and helped me arrange a remote purchase. Their dedication, patience, and support truly impressed me.nnThey are highly competent, professional, responsible, and extremely kind. On top of that, they are charming and wonderfully warm people.nnI highly recommend this store to everyone. Here, the customer is guided, advised, respected, and made to feel truly welcome. This team perfectly represents the values and excellence of the Swarovski brand.

Her customer service & friendliness is refreshing in a busy, demanding & sometimes stressful shopping environment inside the Sunshine Plaza. I purchased an 18th birthday present for my daughter from this Swarovski store and paid extra for gift wrapping, expecting it to feel special for such an important occasion. When I picked it up, I was handed a standard shopping bag with no gift box, no bow, and the gift tag wasnu2019t even attached. It looked exactly like a normal in-store purchase with absolutely no effort made.nnWhen I questioned why the gift wrapping I paid for hadnu2019t been done properly, the manager responded with a rude and dismissive attitude, saying, u201cThatu2019s the standard of Swarovski.u201d The staff were also unfriendly and unhelpful, making me feel like I was inconveniencing them simply for asking about a service I had paid for.nnIu2019ve purchased many gifts from other Swarovski stores before and have never experienced such poor presentation, lack of care, or terrible customer service. Completely disappointing experience, especially for a milestone birthday gift. Disgusting service from both management and staff.nnI would mark with 0 stars but unfortunately that isnu2019t an option.
