My husband and myself went into the shop to buy a ring . The lady pointed to the rings. Herself another lady weu2019re filling the shelves with stock/ tidying . I wasnu2019 approached at all for help resulting in us leaving . This was Sunday about 4.00 pm 24th September. I bought a ring next door at Michael Hill for $289 . Such a shame

Really disappointed with your assistant managers customer service. I would have expected a lot more from somebody in a manager role. Seems very uninterested, not confident at all in his products. Everything seemed too much trouble. His body language suggests his customers are an inconvenience. Goldmark has been my go to for many years but the Browns Plains store just misses the mark for basic customer service.
