I recently attended a couple of jewellery stores on a Monday at Robina, looking for a gift for my girlfriend.nThe one thing that has irked me since visiting the Goldmark store, was the bad customer service I received from 1 particular person.nWhilst not being able to remember her name, I do know that she was a tallish blond with glasses. The thing that surprised me, was the fact that she didnu2019t seem to have any knowledge of jewellery in general. Things like hollow chains and solid chains and zirconia and diamonds. I canu2019t understand how someone with so little knowledge can work in a jewellery store.nFrom memory, there were 2 blonds, one taller than the other.nThe shorter one did ask if she could be of any help, but by that stage Iu2019d had enough of being spoken to in a rude manner, and I said no, Iu2019m going to another store.nThey have now lost a customer.

Fantastic store and location! the best Goldmark! Suzie and Ashley are really lovely, too. Would recommend these two girls to anyone!
