I had such a beautiful experience thanks to Nidhi and Veronica. They were both so patient, kind and genuinely helpful while I was choosing my jewellery pieces. Didnu2019t go in or buy anything this time, but the Swarovski store at Robina Town Centre really stood out. The window displays looked great u2014 clean, bright, and well presented. Even from the outside, you can tell itu2019s a high-end jewellery store with plenty of gift options. If youu2019re shopping for something shiny or just browsing around Robina, itu2019s definitely worth a look.

DO NOT SHOP HERE !!! I THEnANAGER / MANAGER IS THE WORST PERSON IN LY LIFE I HAVE EVEER HAD TO DEAL WITH . I have written a formal complaint regarding the appalling conduct of a store manager named Nurit at your Robina branch. During my recent inquiry about purchasing a Minnie Mouse item, I experienced extremely abusive and unprofessional behaviour. Nurit was rude, aggressive, & spoke to me in a completely unacceptable manner. Disturbed by this treatment, I contacted Pacific Fair management, who confirmed that this is not how customers should be treated.nFollowing this, Nurit called me directly. Without identifying herself, she immediately launched into shouting, hurling verbal abuse, & screaming at me over the phone. My 10-year-old child heard everything though the car & was deeply upset by the incident. There was no introduction, no attempt at professional communication only hostility and intimidation behaviour is absolutely unacceptable, violates Swarovskiu2019s standards of customer service, & has caused significant distress I expect Swarovski a request for a full written apologynnI am a loyal customer NOT ANYMORE after today !!! As a Swarovski customer and was appalled by the behaviour of manager Nurit at Robina , She was verbally abusive during my enquiry, and after I reported it, she to pacific fair . She kept calling , yelled abuse without identifying herself, and upset my 10-year-old who overheard everything. This is unacceptable and has left me unwilling to shop with Swarovski.nI request a full investigation, appropriate disciplinary action, and a written apology. As a frequent customer, I expect Swarovski to uphold higher standards of professionalism and customer care. No apology I will take this viral
