I came in with a vision and she accomplished that and more, Bree was very professional and so so helpful, talk me through everything let me have the time to think without being pushy. Iu2019ve had constant problems with their products even while under warranty. Recently my partner went in to sort out that my necklace has ounce again broke at no fault of my own under warranty and the employee was incredibly rude. Offered no help and said she did not care if I was out of the country, she wouldnu2019t help until I had the necklace in hand. Even with photos. Then while my partner was speaking to her she just turned and walked away. I would spend my money literally anywhere else but here.

The store manageru2019s behaviour was unprofessionalu2014her tone was rude, and she used eye-rolling and facial expressions that came across as disrespectful and inappropriate.u201dnHowever the rest of the staff was amazing thet had good custmer service skills.
