The only thing that shocked me was when I asked to clean the jewelry, the salesperson used napkins to clean it for me! I have never seen napkins used to clean jewelry in any jewelry store. unbelievable. But on Friday night, another male salesperson treated me warmly and patiently.

I'm very disappointed in my purchase. Paid $600 for a Seiko watch but have had it replaced once and then the replacement parts replaced. Clearly a duff but no offer of refund, just continual pushing to repair a watch that clearly has a fault.
