      Visited the Orion store for a quick 15-minute selection, but the experience was disappointing. The manager seemed very impatient, slamming doors, clicking the pen, and tossing packages when I asked to see a box from the display locker one more time. Great designs and prices, but the customer service was poor. Iu2019m not buying again.

      Designs of jewellery are nice however customer service isnu2019t great. No willingness to offer any kind of assistance and seemed least interested in what customer would like to buy. Donu2019t waste your time here. Go somewhere where they would want to sell their product and offer decent service.

      We were very impressed with the help one of the ladies Farzana provided and assisted us in selecting some presents. She was professional and came across as genuinely caring for the customers. It made our choices very easy. Will highly recommend her for anyone visiting there.
