I walked into Prouds today and was met by Lisa. WOW, she was absolutely amazing.nShe took the time to understand me and what I was after, she helped me pick out the perfect ring to my needs and wants and gave me all the information I needed, she is very knowledgeable. She based her selection in the price range of the initial ring I showed her, she did not try to ridiculously upsell me. I asked her to u201cshow me something I wouldnu2019t pick for myselfu201d and on the first go, picked the PERFECT ring, that met all of my requirements, and I ended up purchasing it. It was completely different to what I came in to get, as I didnu2019t end up liking what I came for. She is a valuable asset to Prouds and the only reason she got the sale.
