Prouds the Jewellers | Nambour

I recently had the worst experience at Maroochydore prouds. The ladies at Nambour whom I didn't even inform of my experience, went above and beyond for me to fix a resizing issue I had. They were so lovely and knew what they were doing! What a vastly different experience! Thanks you ladies, can't wait to get my ring ud83dudc8d

Had an awful experience this morning after being a long time customer, having spent thousands at this store. I went in and was approached by a staff member (middle aged woman), I asked whether I could get a small diamond replaced that had fallen out of my wedding band (purchased from them 5 years ago), she told me they donu2019t do that there, and told me to go elsewhere. I then asked if I was able to get my rings cleaned, to again be told to try elsewhere. She then walked off as if I didnu2019t even exist. I believe I was turned down as I wasnu2019t there to purchase anything new, I know for a fact this shop does repairs and cleans. Super disappointing service and have now lost a customer.

I had an aweful experience returning a pair of broken earrings/studs yesterday the manger was so rude and unhelpful, she then passed me on to another work colleague as she said she couldnu2019t deal with me. The other colleague was very abrupt too. Would not recommend going there for jewellery ud83dude2b
