Even though the reviews are not great for this place I managed to get a good watch here had a good price. The young lady who helped me was friendly and competent and I have no complaints. It is conveniently situated near the food court and they have a fair range of stock for a small jeweler.

Amy the manager assisted me approx 3 months ago with getting an old ring repaired, the ring wasnt very expensive but had a lot of sentimental value to me.Amy was so kind to help me find the ring from past catalogues and assist in its repair! Itu2019s all good until you have a problem or ask for a refund. Bought a watch and decided I wanted another one instead so I went back to get it replaced. They accused me of leaving the store wearing the watch when I didnu2019t, and the staff made me feel as I was wasting their time. Also they said they couldnu2019t refund it which is awful for a $600 watch. Theyu2019ll provide best attention at the time of buying something but fingers crossed you donu2019t have any problems with it because they wonu2019t provide good service. Leaving and extra star because they have a nice selection of watches and jewellery.
