Very helpful and accommodating selecting our rings. May have spent a little more than expected but very happy so far

Partner went in for a LONG lasting engagement ring and they talked him into an opal ring and didn't provide the proper care OR tell us that it's dress jewellery. The ring has broken twice and they lied and said they provided a care plan. They have shown attitude everytime I have gone in to sort out why this sort of stone was recommended when we would have paid more for something to last. Completely took advantage and only care about KPIS and sales. DO NOT go here! They laughed in my face and I have never been treated so poorly in my 10 years of working as a retail manager. The lady in head office tried her best but the damage has been done and the company will not rectify. I am now out an engagement ring and will be telling everyone not to go here! They will laugh in your face say you should have known. Disgusting shop floor etiquette, never again. ud83dudc4eud83cudffc

What's with the ear piecing alarms going off, happening daily, apparently because of display balloons activating alarms. How about a bit of common sense and removing the balloons. That way, other customers are not getting assaulted with high pitch alarms going off first thing in the morning.
