Felt incredibly disappointed going in here. My boyfriend and I walked in, and I asked the lady about engagement rings, as I wanted to work out my ring size, gem cut etc. as most people who go in asking about these things, itu2019s their first time. I asked about these things, wasnu2019t sure if an appointment was necessary to work out. She asked me to repeat myself, so I did, and then looked at me like I was speaking a different language; and overall made me feel as if I was stupid for asking, and said u201cYou just find a ring and ask to try it.u201d She just provided no assistance at allu2026decided to leave and go next door to Mystique Jewellers who were amazing, helped me figure out my ring size, showed me all the diamond cuts and let me see what I liked. A lot more helpful than the lady at Angus & Coote. Please have more kindness and learn better customer service skills.

They sell high quality jewellery that lasts. A little expensive but what jewellery store isnu2019t. Friendly staff and happy atmosphere.
