Went there yesterday to get a refund from a $250 9ct earrings that isn't even worth it one bit! I explained why I need a refund and they have so many excuses when the item is broken/too lose like why would I even want to wear an earrings that expensive if I will lose it anytime? They said I should have not worn it for it to be refunded but how can I know if the item is faulty? Doesn't make sense right?! It's not even cheap at all, they also have the audacity to tell me I can always come back there so they can fix it for me like are you for real? Wasting my time every damn time when I should've get my refund that so SIMPLE!! It's only even 2 days, not months so common sense I have to wear the items in order for me to know it's good and not faulty. Shame on their staff for not understanding my concerns, I hope they experience the same ud83dude4fud83cudffdu263aufe0f
