Nicole was wonderful, so knowledgeable and with a great sense of style - she also knows her stock well. She advised me on the perfect chain and then cleaned my old one for me too. Thank you for your invaluable assistance Nicole - it was great to have someone help me who knew what they were talking about and who was also friendly and caring with a positive attitude. Great service and great products - a winning combination.

The older lady was talking loudly and going over the same thing over and over. No-one acknowledged me, I was about to walk out when I saw another lady who was helpful.nVery unprofessional behaviour especially the older woman who should have known better.
