It wasn't a good experience for me and my husband. We had 2 click and collect items, so my husband asked one of the girls, with a hijab and she immediately went to get it for him. As I had my own purchase, I went to the counter to ask another staff at the cashier, I think she's Chinese to look for my Click and Collect order as I had another order purchased, but she quickly told me to wait for the girl in the hijab who was getting my husband's purchase. There were 4 staff in the store and we were the only customers but she was reluctant to serve me. She was preoccupied with some paper work at the cash register and seemed agitated when I asked for assistance. For a luxurious store like this, I would expect to receive better customer service. Please keep in mind, customers come first, not paper work!

Went to the shop to have a look around, but no one greeted me. I was hoping to get some advice, but the staff seemed busy chatting. The products are really pretty, though, and the store has a lot of nice items. Customer service could be better with a simple greeting.

Wonderful attentive staff. Large Boutique with large selection of accessories and figurines. Excellent Manager, Daphne - friendly, approachable, knows her customers well, caring and good listener and manages her team well.
