The staff are amazing!!!nCouldn't get the Headoffice to help me purchase two sales items online. Rang the store at Joondalup. Spoke to a Lovely sales assistant called Chrissie over the phone and had them sent directly to me. Hands down the best Swarovski store I have been to over the years. Every time I visit this store I get exceptional service and all sales assistants are very knowledgeable on how to keep each piece of Jewellery I purchased clean and perfect from when I first purchased it, They are always helpful making my stopping experience extra special. I bought a necklace from Swarovski 2018, it has been worn, around 6 times in the first yr that I purchased it, then I packed it away in its little box and did not wear it at all. I got it out to give to a friend and found that 6 of the little crystals have fallen out, it is no longer under warranty (only 2 yrs) on a necklace that is 9 carat gold and crystal, I rang the store, they said it cannot even be repaired.nSo be aware SWAROVSKI is not forever jewellery.
