They sent it off to their jeweller (as they are not jewellers) and 2 weeks later it was returned to me and they said nothing can be done. The gold is paper thin.nWhat a massive waste of money. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS 'DEALER' staff also very rude! I wanted to add pictures and paperwork but can't!
