We just bought 4 watches, lady name Jessica was amazing and make our day, so much humble and patience in her, we spent 45mins choosing watch but still she was with good customer service and energetic i ll highly recommend this place and yes Jessica is the one who got good customer service so go past and vist her store cheersnHave a good day.

I bought a watch for the first time from this shop. The watch strap color got faded patches after a few months.nThe manager reluctantly accepted to send it to the headquarters. She said I have been working here for ages and hadn't seen such a thing, making me uncomfortable.nDespite that, the head quarter sent a new watch. Same thing happened to the color of the new watch after a month, this time around the watch face.nI had to go back to the store, grrrrrr.nAgain, they got the watch and the headquarters sent a new watch.nWhen I returned to get the watch, the manager didn't turn up. Her staff called her and she didn't direct or authorise them what to do.nI waited for the manager and had to go and come back a couple of times to see her.nFinally, at my last attempt, I could see her eating her lunch as her staff served me. I was wondering why she wasted my time.nnThe other staff were lovely and helpful.nnI'm hoping this watch goes well. I seriously don't wanna go back to this shop.
