About two months ago, I visited this store in Darwin to get my nose pierced. I had already made several purchases there and was genuinely excited for my appointment. Unfortunately, the experience turned into one of the worst Iu2019ve ever had.nnA piercing gun was used on my nose, and the piercing didnu2019t go all the way through. The jewelry got stuck halfway inside the tissue, and the lady who performed the piercing had to remove it. My nose started bleeding heavily, and the bleeding was so intense that I lost my vision for a moment and fainted.nnI want to make it clear that I have no medical conditions. I had eaten a full breakfast that morning, was feeling completely healthy when I entered the store, and had previous experience with both nose and ear piercings u2014 none of which ever caused any issues.nnAn ambulance had to be called, and I was taken to the hospital. In the end, I was left with no piercing, just a hole in my nose u2014 and a $1,200 ambulance bill. As a student, this was a heavy price to pay for one simple mistake.nnI walked into the store that day completely fine, and I left with trauma. I sincerely hope no one else has to go through what I went through.

I visited the store on 25th September around 4:00 pm. During my visit, I asked a staff member (an Asian lady who was working at the cashier) for help, but she ignored me. I ended up finding the earrings by myself.nnWhen I approached the counter, she did not even look at me or acknowledge me properly. I asked a few questions about the product, but her attitude was rude, dismissive, and careless. While I was at the cashier, her boyfriend came, and instead of serving me professionally, she ignored me further and behaved in a very unprofessional manner.nnThis experience was very disappointing. I remember a time when the staff at this store were lovely and very helpful, especially when I had my ear piercing done. Unfortunately, the service I received this time was unacceptable. I believe this staff member needs to improve her customer service skills before working with clients.
