It's my favourite brand, great interaction with the staff members... it's so nice to know that the staff also had a huge collection of Crystals and how she adores them... and when you have a job which you love it doesnt remain a job... well done girls keep up the good work. And it's amazing to see how you guys keep upto date by improving and adding styles to your collection. Seeing toy story, batman and Walt Disney characters was unreal.

No courtesy or customer service. I went to the Perth store last week looking to purchase a gift for a friend. The staff were unhelpful and rude, a staff member ushered me out the way of a cabinet so they could put something back in with no acknowledgment other than a huff. Previous experiences were great, but this put me off wonu2019t go back.
