      I recently had the pleasure of purchasing a Guess watch from Laura at Sheils clCannington Carousel and I couldnu2019t be more impressed with the level of service she provided! From the moment I walked in, Laura was incredibly polite, welcoming, and attentive without being pushy. Her professionalism and friendly demeanor made the entire experience enjoyable. It's clear she genuinely cares about her customers and goes above and beyond to make sure theyu2019re happy. I will definitely be returning for future purchases and highly recommend Laura and the team at Sheils!

      I walked in fully intending to spend a considerable amount of money, as I was looking to complete a necklace with a matching set, but the service I received was appalling. I was made to wait while staff attended to customers who arrived after me, and when I finally tried to seek help myself, there was no genuine effort to assist or offer solutions.nnOne staff member finally started checking options online and showing me suitable pieces, but he was abruptly shut down by the so-called u201cmanager,u201d who rudely dismissed the process and outright lied about the availability of items. It was clear she simply didnu2019t want to put in the effort.nnUnprofessional, dismissive, and a complete waste of time. If you value basic courtesy and competent service, Iu2019d strongly suggest taking your money elsewhere.

      Left feeling disappointed and in disbelief. Unprofessional service that was very immaturely handled. I have never seen a jeweller so unprofessionally handle a service. The experience I had on Valentineu2019s Day was awkward and awful to witness. I watched my partner explain his issue to the lady who claimed she was the manager and she didnu2019t even have any active listening skills whatsoever. She was more sassy than apologeticu2026 defensive and untruthful. but get this: she sold my partner a baby bracelet 2 days before Valentineu2019s Day. Upon the purchase, my partner even said, u201cexcuse my ignorance but Iu2019m not sure how this is going to fit.u201d She has not read the customer or even asked any questions to help assist. This has costed my partner a loss of a hefty price and not even any accountability! The issue was escalated to the ACTUAL manager, however she has essentially doubled down and claimed that she was present and heard all of what happened, then amongst the conflict has revoked this statement. This company is now so illegitimate in my eyes. My partner had to walk down to another Jeweller for a better service and we had a young girl ask a multitude of questions to help assist the quality of our purchase!
