I wish I could leave no star - they don't deserve it. I had a deeply disturbing experience at Shiels, Belmont Forum today, 16th Oct 2025. The manager, Jan, loudly reprimanded another staff member, Anna, regarding booking in training for staff members, in front of customers, creating an extremely uncomfortable atmosphere - also leaving me standing there waiting to be served whilst Jan continued discussing internal matters not appropriate for the time or place. When I suggested the conversation was inappropriate for the sales floor, Jan shouted at me, 'if you don't like it, get out of the store' and then slammed her office door. Her aggressive and unprofessional behaviour cost the store my business ($1,500) and left me shaken. Previous reviews suggest this isn't the first time this manager has treated customers this way and, I'm flabbergasted that Shiels could allow this to continue. I have messaged Shiels asking for a response - I hope they finally do the right thing. I did not go in there today to be treated in this manner - nobody should ever be treated this way.

Absolutely disgusting service by Anna, all smiles for people buying diamonds but when I asked for something, no smiles, told me it's going to be expensive and acting as if so hard to serve me, when I pointed at something that I really liked, said do not point please as if I am gonna soil it with my touch. Absolutely disgusting service and by the way, she is the assistant manager at Shiels Belmont. Never gonna shop here ever again. Treat your customers right u2705ufe0f

I went to Shiels Belmont on last Friday to fix my watch (I bought last month) because it was digging into my wrist but the blonde lady didn't want to help me at all.nnI won't be going there ever again
