      Extremely poor customer service u2013 avoid this store (MIDLAND WA)nMy son attended this store with a photo clearly showing the SKU of a diamond item. Despite this, the salesperson (ShoKhan T) sold him a zirconia item at the same price, then upsold him a $300 chain u201cto go with it.u201d The quality of the chain was very poor.nOur family has spent thousands of dollars over many years at this store, and I had intended to purchase something far more valuable, which is why I requested a store credit rather than a refund.nI attended the store three separate times to return the item and was told each time that only the manager could process a store credit. I finally attended on a day the manager was scheduled to work. I waited 40 minutes for the manager to arrive and then a further 20 minutes to be served.nI had undergone chemotherapy the day before and was extremely unwell. The wait and repeated visits were incredibly difficult, but it was the last day of the 30-day return policy, leaving me with no option.nThe manager initially advised approval from the general manager was required and that it u201cwouldnu2019t be an issue.u201d She then returned and stated the request was denied because the item was over $100.nGiven our long-standing loyalty and significant spend, this outcome was deeply disappointing. As a result, we will never return to this store.nTo make matters worse, during this time I witnessed another customer attempting to return earrings her daughter had purchased for her that did not latch properly, and staff refused to exchange them.nOverall, this store demonstrates poor customer service, lack of transparency, and no regard for loyal customers. I strongly recommend avoiding it. 1 star is generous.

      Served by Sienna whose customer service was the best Iu2019ve had in a jewellery store. Sienna was warm, friendly, very helpful and accommodating and she went above and beyond to give me the store discounts and best price for the watch I brought. Lovely store with lovely staff thanks Sienna!!

      The sale person was great help me fine what I was looking for and ask if she put the white gold necklace on for and she said it would be a pleasure the service was first class
