The girls offer good service, however my issue is with the Quality, the earrings state sensitive..... however after a few hours of wear my ears started having a reaction! You can see and feel the quality is that of cheap non surgical metal material. I then took the other pair back & I did advise of this issue in store, to be told to go to a more expensive establishment.... granted but for $35 a pair.....Lovisa wants to charge that much for cheap quality.....even the piercings after a few washes turn green... I have now wasted close to a $100 on items that I cant wear as the label is false......last time I purchase here. Top Dollar for rubbish...

Advertising in the store is confusingnThey put up a sale 60% off sign with jewellery underneath so you would assume itu2019s all 60% off and also had $9 signs above certain pieces I picked one and took it to the counter in which the girl said itu2019s $50, I told her I got it off the sale rack but she said itu2019s not on salenI pointed out how confusing that is and hopefully it has been rectified

Brought a watch band here, the girl who served me had outstanding customer service she offered to adjust for me and she even dropped it at my work for me on her own lunch break! The girls here are amazing for the effort they put in for there customers. ud83dude4cud83dude4cud83dudc4cu2665ufe0f
