I brought my daughter in late thursday because she wanted her ears pierced, The two girls working Ella and Mimi were absolutely brilliant and so patient with her because was so nervous! They were kind to her and understanding about her nerves, I think we stood there for an hour and they never got annoyed or frustrated with her or us, I absolutely loved the service from them and recommend them to any parent wanting to get their child's ears pierced.nWell done girls!!nnI also want to give a special thanks to the mum and son who stayed with us the whole time giving my daughter a pep talk and letting her know it's okay to be nervous, the son was such a gentle soul and even brought my daughter a gift after for being so brave u2764ufe0f

I donu2019t know how to leave a review on the Lovisa website of the product I bought so Iu2019m leaving it here. This review doesnu2019t have anything to do with this store. Just wanted to say that the flat back earrings are awful (to put in the ear). Unless you have tiny hands and fingers (I mean truly miniature) do not buy these earrings - you will not be able to get them on. I mean you can get them on (eventually) but itu2019s a struggle and a half and not worth the pain.

Every time I've shopped here I've received the best customer service imaginable. I don't know how they manage to stay so lively and helpful in retail, it's amazing.
