I had a terrible experience getting my helix piercing done here. The piercer used a piercing gun, which should never be used for cartilage piercings. As a result, my ear cartilage was badly damaged and became severely infected shortly after. I had to seek medical treatment, and itu2019s still healing.nIu2019m writing this to warn others u2014 using a piercing gun on cartilage is dangerous and outdated. A professional piercer should always use a sterile needle, not a gun. Please do your research and go somewhere that follows proper safety and hygiene practices.nThis place may seem convenient, but itu2019s not worth risking your health.

Brought earrings that were advertised as u2018sterling silveru2019 tarnished after 2 months of purchase. Spoke to customer service as sterling silver does not tarnish. They stated they couldnu2019t see the tarnishing from the picture and that I needed to take them into store with a receipt from 2 months ago. Terrible customer service and false advertisement
