Purchased a few little things from here over the years my favourite being a ring. At the time of purchasing this ring they advised I pay extra to get the lifetime warranty so if thereu2019s any issues itu2019s covered. Well a stone fell out so I went back to the store with the ring and the receipt for the lifetime warranty and purchase. I got told they may or may not cover it despite the lifetime warranty but theyu2019ll send it off (of course a jewellers doesnu2019t have a jeweller on site) and someone will contact me. This was back in February 2025. I followed up in April thinking it had been a while. Was told the person I spoke with couldnu2019t assist but theyu2019ll have someone contact me. Followed up again later on when I didnu2019t hear something. I was told the lifetime warranty is actually just a cleaning plan and a lot of people who purchased the plan around the time I did have been told the wrong thing so itu2019ll cost $400-$500 to repair a $150 ring despite the u201cwarrantyu201d. When I asked for a refund of the u201cwarrantyu201d given it wasnu2019t the product I was sold they said they would escalate my request and get back to me. Itu2019s now July 2025 so about 5 months and I still havenu2019t heard anything. Seems they are great taking your money but not assisting when their product fails. I also know someone else who purchased the same ring and had the same issue but hasnu2019t bothered to try and have it fixed.

Went in store with reciept to exchange a gift bracelet that didn't fit me, and they upsold me a bracelet that cost me an extra $120 and also was too large for me (I was originally happy with it as she told me it could be clasped anywhere on the chain, though when i got in the car i realised it had a proper attachement, and clasping it the way she suggested would have damaged it), i went straight back instore and the lady who served me, handballed me to another staff member, who tried to say she could only give me a credit note, when I explained i had just bought the item 5 mins ago and the circumstances, she tried to offer another exchange, wouldn't agree to a refund only anCredit note and then said she had to think about what their policies where first.nnIt took me getting upset and explaining a few times, that this is not a change of mind, the item does not fit me at all and they are unable to find me a bracelet instore that does, which is the policy they explained to my partner at the time of original purchase.nnDeceptive behaviour, didn't appreciate the poor advice which led to them getting an upsale and me twice receiving an item that didn't fit. Luckily I recieved my refund in the end, because as mentioned, it was all in line with their policies.
