I went to shiels jewellers at phoenix shopping center with just-wake-up hair, shorts, an oversized fluffy ( like you wear at home for pajamas). Well, my point is I was least from well- groomed today; however, the shopkeepers looked after me so well, unlike in some establishment, from my personal experience, they will just ignore you ( if you do not look well-off enough to buy their products) as you dressed like you are going to waste their time. I was looking for a present to my mother amd asked to see a ring that costed 4,999$. They did not hesitate to open up the cabinet and bring out the gorgeous expensive piece for me to look and try. The christmas sale has a conditiom that anything over 3000$ will be excluded from their super discount. However, the lady went to check how much she can help reduce the price for me. The ring was so beautiful but my mother did not like it.nShe prefered the pendant I looked online but it was not presenr at the store. The lady was so kind and promised to order one in just for me. She collected my contact details reassuring that she will leave a message ( as i told her, i dont pick up random numbers). They are very thoughful. I admire how shiels employed such womderful employees who are neither disdainful nor narrow-minded.nnThank you, you made my day. Of course, once the pendant arrives, i will go back ad purchase it.nnShiels, i applude you to hire people that are not judgemental :)nnAlso, I would like to praise one of your lovely, dedicated staff member Ms. Pina. Pina had helped me find the pendant that was no longer available at the store ( during xmas 2023 ). She did wait for me patiently over a month because i told her I would like to purchase that for my beloved mother on her 60th the following year (march 2024). She made multiple attempts to contact me amd let me know that the item had been delivered from the gateway store and that was the only one left. I was ashame to tell her that I used that money I budgeted for my mother's gift to some other urgent matter and I was... broke. Once I had enough money ( in Feb 2024) I went back there to face tbat she still had faith in me nd didn't put the item on sale. Thank you very much Pina from the bottom of my heart.nShiels , you are very lucky to have her as an employee. She is not only a great employee with friendly, sevice-minded but also a carinv human being. Pleasr forward this message to her :)
