Click and collect orders are cancelled after 5-7 days - ridiculous policy! 30 days is acceptable but 5-7 is not very customer focussed.

I purchased their ring a few months back and one of the gem has shift off. I was extremely worried that they will not fix or replace it with out my receipt, but luckily during the purchase the stuff register an account for me so there was a record of my purchased. The stuff was very helpful she look up my account and give me a replacement.nnYour help is highly appreciated Katherine ( my apologies if I spell your name wrong)nnPs. Felt truly discriminated against at pandora chadstone today 13/12. When my mum and i entered the store there was customers being served so we had a look around, once they were gone we waited to be served while the staff did something on their computers, another pair came into the store and one of the staff beelined straight for them even though we were the only people waiting for about 10 minutes. I donu2019t want to believe there is racism still around but it doesnu2019t help when the staff member who was white ran to the white customers and my mother and i are brown skin. Super disappointing and she lost out on a sale. Wont ever be back.
