Been waiting for 40 minutes now and there is only one person here helping a customer. The management should really hire more people on the busiest days of shopping.nnEveryone else in the store is just lined up waiting for this one person to be free.nnLetting the entire Pandora brand down. Bought some bracelets for Christmas pressies for sisters at Pandoras Glen, but went back to exchange one item. This lady named K, approached me and asked what she can help me with, i told her i want to exchange a charm but she said to wait a moment.. but after that she left me waiting and already serving someone else. I want to thank this saleslady named Winnie who came to my rescue, helped me and ended up buying more..happily. That K. deserves no star at all service-wise.

the lady working was so rude and negative the whole time. she went to another customer who just entered when i was clearly there first. she literally made eye contact with me while walking towards the other customer. me being a teenager doesnu2019t mean im not going to buy anything. when she finally came to me, she was really impatient and rushed the whole experience. the waiting time was longer than the interaction time.
