One of my charm stone also misisng and not clean properly .still black stuff is there we could clearly see the black residue coming off on the cleaning cloth together.nI brought my bangle in expecting professional care, but it was returned still dull and not properly cleaned. For a brand like Pandora, I expected much better attention to detail and service quality. Unfortunately, this experience did not meet my expectations .nVery dissapointed
