I was very disappointing experience getting my jewellery cleaned today . One of my charm stone also misisng and not clean properly .still black stuff is there we could clearly see the black residue coming off on the cleaning cloth together.nI brought my bangle in expecting professional care, but it was returned still dull and not properly cleaned. For a brand like Pandora, I expected much better attention to detail and service quality. Unfortunately, this experience did not meet my expectations .nVery dissapointed

Iu2019ve had good experiences here before, today I went in store to get a couple of pieces of jewellery including a memorial to a pet who just passed.nnLisa was endlessly friendly, helpful and compassionate. She didnu2019t rush me, helped me get the best value for my money on my purchases and made me feel genuinely cared for.nnEveryone needs a person like Lisa working at their store!!

After waiting inside the store for a sales person to finish as they were all busy serving, the sales person decided to serve another customer who just walked in and I have been waiting longer. She looked at both of us and went with the white person. I'm brown. I just walked out. I won't go there again even though I love the jewellery. 11 December 2025 1-1.15pm
