I received some double up charms for Xmas so didnu2019t have receipts. I had the charms in their original packaging in the zip lock bags with all the authenticity cards. I just wanted to exchange for something different. I was accused of being a reseller and was told to obtain bank statements from the people that purchased them. On what planet is it acceptable to request someone elseu2019s bank statement? I will never return to this store
