I went to Pandora Westfield Plenty Valley on Monday 29th December 2025. The lady that served me was not helpful at all.it was very poor customer service to me. I have been a loyal customer for so long and I am very disappointed. It was a straight forward replacement for a broken pandora chain which I received as a birthday gift. She wanted proof of purchase which I didnu2019t have and asked me to get proof of purchase from Epping Pandora And then show her to which then she says sheu2019ll replace my broken chain. She was so unprofessional. I then went to Epping Pandora and they were really helpful and wonderful. The lady that served me at Epping Plaza Pandora was absolutely amazing and did a straight replacement for me. I was so happy. However I am so disappointed with the customer service I got from Maggie at Pandora Westfield Plenty Valley. There have been many times when Iu2019ve asked for help at Pandora Westfield Plenty Valley in terms of getting a replacement for some of my Pandora Jewellery that have been broken and the ladies have not really helped me out at all whatsoever. Whilst when I go to Epping Plaza Pandora the ladies there have always helped me out with replacement jewellery without any issues whatsoever. Theyu2019re absolutely amazing and there customer service is also amazing too. Canu2019t say this about the lady who served me at Pandora Westfield Plenty Valley. Her customer service was nothing but very appalling. She seemed like she didnu2019t care about helping me at all.

Stopped in store on 31st Oct and was served by Megan with added help and suggestions from Bindee. Thank you ladies you are both awesome. So many choices and ideas from both of you.nYou two should do all the training on customer service for Pandora.nWell done and whoever hired you both great choice.nThanks againnPaul
