The store is always clean and well-maintained, and the customer service is friendly and helpful, even though it can be quite slow. I had a great time making my engraved charm. However, I would like to see the customer service improve their time management skills and provide better assistance to customers who are waiting. Would recommend if you are able to spear some time waiting in the store just looking at charms until someone can come and help you.

I visited the store recently and was really conflicted on what to get for a picky friend. I was assisted by Beya, the only hijabi in the store. She was super sweet and helpful and really took her time to assist me with all my bombarding opinions. She's super professional on her job and would highly recommend her on assisting anyone. Keep up the great work beya

I came in today Thursday 27th November to buy a charm I showed the hijabi lady a photo of the charm I wanted and she told me to check if it was available isnu2019t that your job? Anyways I did politely what she asked and saw they had it in store and told her then she looked for 10 seconds in the cabinet then gave up because she said she didnu2019t have time to find it becuase she was helping another customer out for one hour and they bought nothing. We came back later and asked the other lady to help us out and she told us to go ask the hijabi becuase she had somewhere to be and again she was helping the same people and ignored us the whole time this behaviour is completely unprofessional and unacceptable customer service I felt offended as a buying customer. Do better not coming back again until those employees get proper training
