I really want to share my opinion regarding my last visit to Pandora store in Westfield Airport shopping Centre. I had a problem In my bracelet and went to get it fixed .the staff member jordan She was very kind helpful and she resolved my issue. I really appreciate her good efforts with me and itu2019s very nice to visit a store and leave it happy and satisfied. I really Want Say thank you that you and Jordan staff member who helped me .

My 5 star rating is based on the outstanding customer service I always receive from Carmel the store manager at the airport west store. She is so helpful, patient and really has a true passion for the industry. Her passion reflects through her work. I refuse to visit any other Pandora store as I only want to deal with Carmel. I never feel rushed with her, she takes her time and makes sure you have made a purchase that really suits you. I have a 3.5 year old toddler and Carmel is always so kind to her instead of getting frustrated when my daughter throws a tantrum! My daughter also asks if we can pay Carmel a visit when we are in the centre. Carmel is someone who I would employ if I had a business as she runs that store as her own!! Safe to say I will not be purchasing from this particular PANDORA store ever again.nFrom the moment I walked in, Christine had a pole shoved right up her you know what and treated me like absolute garbage.nI instantly responded with the same attitude!nThankfully for her colleagues common sense, she honoured a return well within the companyu2019s 2 year warranty but I sure as hell was not spending the voucher in store, along with another $300 gift voucher I received for my birthday.nPANDORA, you really need to train your staff better in customer service, especially with a personality like this working for you.
